Cardholders

We currently issue an average of over 1000 EUSR cards per week all around the UK and the demand is always growing, keeping us extremely busy. So here are some quick and helpful links to assist with any problems you may have.

If your card has been lost/stolen/damaged and you require a replacement, please follow the instructions here.

All the registrations have an expiry date, if your registration(s) have expired, please see the relevant scheme page for how to renew your registration. This may require you to re-sit the course or undertake other refresher training.

To maintain the accuracy of our records, if your details have changed, we would like to know. To do this complete the details update form found here and return to EUSR.

Online Register Search

The online register search shows all registrations held by individuals on EUSR with the expiry dates. By using the online register search you can be sure that registrations cannot be lost, stolen or forged.

This service can also be accessed through your internet enabled smartphone.

We maintain a full historical record of the registrations that have been entered onto our system. It is possible to view all your registrations, if you would like to do so, please see here for details.

Recognised Learning Programmes

Details of recognised learning programmes completed are shown on the online register search, rather than on the reverse of the EUSR card.
