Within this section you will find general administrative guidance for submitting applications for registration to EUSR. By ensuring that all forms are completed correctly and suitable payment, photographs and evidence is supplied, processing of registrations will be more efficient.

If you require a replacement card, or if any of your personal details have changed please complete and return the appropriate forms.

Please Note: Many of our schemes have specific evidence requirements for registration and these are detailed on the appropriate scheme page. Registration on certain schemes may only be carried out by authorised training providers or EUSR Approved Trainers and registration forms for these schemes are only provided to the appropriate individuals or providers.

Additional information is provided directly to EUSR Approved Trainers through trainer briefings, information contained on the USB drive with the course materials, and via the Authorised Users section of this website.
