Administration Guidelines

EUSR will endeavour to process applications as soon as possible after receipt, however this is dependent upon the application process being adhered to by trainers, training providers and administrators.

The information below is common to all schemes. Many schemes have additional requirements, details of which can be found on the appropriate scheme page, or in the documentation provided to registered trainers or training providers.

Payment

Payment in full must accompany all applications. Further details can be found on our Payment Administration page.

Photographs

Applications for individuals who are not already on the register must be accompanied by a photograph of the individual. Where an individual is already on the register the existing photo may be used so long as the photo is of good quality, is a good likeness and meets all current photograph requirements.

Errors

If EUSR make an error in processing, we will be pleased to update the registration and replace the card (where issued) free of charge if notified within 28 days of processing. However if the error is a result of incorrect or unclear information on the registration form a charge will be made for correction.
