Leakage Detection & Control Scheme

A new scheme has been designed to recognise the skills of Leakage Detection Operatives and Leakage Control Technicians through completion of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) or other recognised training and assessment programme. more
Registration Fees - Administration Change

The registration pricing structure is being revised. From 1 April 2009 new registrations will be charged at £30 +VAT and upgrades and replacements will be charged at £15 +VAT. Member company discount will be automatically refunded on a quarterly basis. more
National Water Hygiene Scheme Update

The National Water Hygiene scheme is being updated. Trainers are required to attend an update briefing to access new materials and continue as a trainer. Applications from courses on or before 30th April must be submitted by 31st May 2009. more
New PLUS Categories

In response to employer demand the PLant for Utilities Scheme (PLUS) has been expanded. The scheme now covers the items of plant most frequently used within the utilities industries. The new categories are Lorry Loader, Banksman & Signaller and Front Loading Dumper. more
CSCS Affiliated Cards

Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) and the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) have completed the affiliation of registration schemes. The affiliation agreement means that a holder of a EUSR card with an affiliated endorsement on will be permitted access to CSCS sites. more
