SHEA Update Complete!!

With the SHEA trainer update briefings complete, the new SHEA training course is now live, being delivered by over 380 trainers across the UK, maintaining it's status as the leading health and safety course within our industries.

At the end of the SHEA update briefings, trainers were asked to fill in an end of course questionnaire covering everything from initial briefing instructions, facilities and environment to the clarity of delivery on the day. Trainers were asked to rate their experience on a scale of 1 (Best) to 6 (Worst). The feedback was exceptional. Of the 372 completed 95% marked 1 and 3% marked 2

The new course has been updated in collaboration with industry experts and employers to ensure that the scheme content adheres to current health and safety standards and continues to maintain affiliation with CSCS. The training material has been revamped and given a fresh and up-to-date look, to optimise learning. The content has new training aids, modern visuals and a new structure which allows transition across industries.
