From Monday 1 August 2011 EUSR will only accept applications for registration signed by the individual concerned.

From Monday 1 August 2011 EUSR will only accept applications for registration where the individual concerned has signed the application form. Applications, including those for replacement cards, which have not been duly signed, will be returned.

This change has been made to bring all schemes in line with the requirements of our Data Protection Policy. By requiring the signature of the individual on the registration document we gain permission to process and store the data required to operate the register.

All registration documents have been updated with a suitable space for the individual to sign. Please ensure that you are using the latest version prior to submission to EUSR.
